1Learning how to install WeSafe
Step 1: Look for the WeSafe application at the online store of your operational system (iOS and Android) and install the software.
Step 2: After opening the application, register your protégé’s data and confirm the cell phone number to receive an automatic SMS.
Step 3: Open the SMS on your protégé’s smart phone and click on the forwarded link.
Step 4: That link will direct you to the protégé’s application, to be installed in his/her smart phone.
Step 5: Ready! Now, you can start to take care of your family!
2How can i download wesafe?
The application WeSafe can be downloaded for free at the Google Play shop (Android) and AppStore (iPhone).
3Which requirements must my cell phone comply with?
The application WeSafe Protetor can be installed in all smart phones with Google Android® operational system (Versions from 4.0.3 and 4’’ screen, at least) and Apple® iPhone (Version iOS 7.0 or higher). The application WeSafe Protegido can be installed in all smart phones with Google® Android operational system (Version from 2.2 and 3’’ screen, at least.) and iPhone smart phones (Version iOS from 7.0). Your smart phone must have an activated internet connection and GPS.
4How much does wesafe cost?
It is freely available for 15 days. However, it is possible to acquire the license at any moment. In order to calculate the cost, please use our subscription simulator at the WeSafe site (www.WeSafe.com.br/#assinatura).
5Can i buy wesafe from other countries?
Yes you can! To obtain WeSafe in another country, during the installation and configuration, you must access the menu: Define Countries and select your location and language (Portuguese or English).
6How many protégés can i register?
The actual version admits up to 5 protégés.
7How can i visualize notifications and alerts?
The indications OK, panic and escape from fence are sent to your smart phone and displayed in your notifications centre. You can also visualize the historic of notifications of WeSafe Protetor at any moment.
8Can i use the application without an internet connection?
In order to access and visualize the locations of your protégés with WeSafe Protetor your smart phone and your protégés’ must be connected to internet and with an active GPS service. WeSafe Protegido saves the locations temporarily whenever there is no available connection to internet. Once the internet connection is reestablished, the information is forwarded to your Protetor.
9What are the payment options?
The payment must be done directly at the applications store, using your personal account. The payment options are defined according to the rules of each store, and it is possible to acquire licenses with fixed terms for each protégé.
10How to recuperate the password?
If you lose your password, you can request a new one through the link “Change Password” at the menu “My Account”, or through the link “Did you forget your password” at the login screen after informing the telephone number, when opening the application. At the request of a new password, WeSafe will forward a provisory one to the email you registered as protector. The new password can be used to access the application or to change it for a new one.
11How to recuperate registries with inaccurate data?
If you have troubles to remember data as the registered email address as protector, you must get in touch with the support team at WeSafe to authenticate your information and provide you with the correct access.
12Is it possible to have more than one protector for one protégé?
Yes, it is. As long as the other protectors install WeSafe Protetor, using the same credentials. However, just one protector can access the application at a given moment to receive, perform operations and to get alerts from the protégés.
13How can i configurate the protector to enter the credentials in each access?
The password entered at the protector’s access is automatically saved by the application for you to use it without typing it several times. You can also opt not to save it by clicking access at the Main Menu (located at the left upper side of the application) and click “Exit”, for the application to remove the function “save password”. As a result, at the next access you must type it over again.
14How can i edit and remove protégés?
Actually, it is not possible to remove protégés. You can register up to 5 protégés, and if you want to make changes, you can alter the data from one protégé to another by accessing the menu “my protégés” or wait until the license expires and become inactive. It is not possible to change the protégé’s phone number.
